After a full week at home, I was surprisingly ready to return to UNC; especially after relocating these velvet joggers! I bought them at Christmas but then left them at my house, which was a bummer. But now I have them back, and I'm honestly so excited - I mean, velvet joggers. What more is there to say?
And although my favorite joggers definitely helped, I have genuinely enjoyed returning to school. A lot of it has to do with my new Spotify albums, which are carefully cultivated and compiled. Music so wonderfully conveys the peace and quietness that my soul has been feeling this week. Perhaps you know the feeling I'm talking about - gently and quietly believing you are ready to take on the world. It's a wonderful emotion, but these songs are always a joy to me, no matter what state my soul is in. Hopefully you all agree!
The first album is called Jehovah Shalom, or God is our peace. It's a great album to listen to in the morning, perhaps with a cup of coffee and book.
The second album is called Jehovah Nissi, or God is my banner. I listen to these songs whenever I just want to get hype by myself! There are definitely some jammers in here (Hillsong Young and Free is one of my favorites).
I hope you enjoy these songs, and have an incredible spring (which officially starts tomorrow! Woohoo!)
